31 March 2015 – Philippine Ambassador to the Netherlands Jaime Victor B. Ledda convened the annual meeting of Filipino community leaders in the Netherlands at the Philippine Embassy on March 20.

Ambassador Ledda briefed the community leaders on Embassy activities for the years 2014-2015. He also updated them on the upgrade of the passport and authentication systems in the Department of Foreign Affairs, the status of the arbitration case at the Philippine Court of Arbitration and upcoming community and cultural events. The Ambassador also thanked the community leaders and their members for their support and efforts in generating goodwill with the Dutch people. Issues of concern to the Filipino community were discussed and addressed at the open forum. Around 40 Filipino community leaders representing regional, religious, cultural, advocacy and professional groups attended the meeting.  END
