6 April 2015 - UNESCAP Executive Secretary Dr. Shamshad Akhtar hosted a farewell lunch for Philippine Ambassador to Thailand Jocelyn Batoon-Garcia on March 24 at the UNESCAP Secretariat Building. Ambassador Garcia took the opportunity to express her appreciation for the active leadership and cooperation of Executive Secretary Dr. Akhtar. She also thanked the ESCAP Division Directors and Officers for their assistance to the Philippine Mission to the UNESCAP.  END
