07 April 2015 - A team from the Philippine Consulate General conducted a consular outreach program in Dallas, Texas from March 28 and 29.

The Consular Outreach Team was led by Philippine Consul General Leo Herrera-Lim, and composed of Consul Mary Joy Ramirez, Misses Rebecca Hipolito, Deborah Palado and Melchora Tagle & Messrs. Cesar Angeles, Benjamin Ascue and Amor Ibanez.

The consular outreach program was undertaken in cooperation with Philippine Honorary Consul for Dallas, Texas, Ms. Ethel Mercado and the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Texas (PACC Texas) Regional Chair Ms. Myrna Carreon.

The Consulate General processed 356 e-Passport applications, including applications for lost passport during the two-day outreach program.

A total of 760 consular and overseas voters registration services were rendered during the two-day consular outreach program, breakdown of which are as follows:

The Consular Outreach Program is a regular activity of the Consulate to bring its various services closer to its constituents residing in areas within its jurisdiction.  The Dallas Outreach program is the fourth for 2015. END
