07 April 2015 - As a prelude to spring, the Philippine Consulate General in Toronto opened on March 25 an exhibit of artworks made by its own personnel. The three Consulate General personnel (shown in the left photo above) are Communications Officer Jose Mari M. Fedelicio, Consul Bolivar Bao and Mr. Tony Hizon. Mr Hizon is the husband of the Consulate’s Cultural Officer, Ms. Janet Hizon. Each artist created artworks according to his preferred medium, whether using photography, acrylic or marker pens. Each artwork depicted the various colors of daily life and scenery in Toronto and in the Philippines.  END
