14 April 2015 - The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 11th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for 2015 in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia from April 10 to 11 at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam.
The Embassy consular team was led by First Secretary and Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal and composed of Mr. Saipoden Manalao, Mr. Melchor Remoral, Ms. Yvonne Mofar and Ms. Jane Abegail Nunez. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from Al Khobar, Damman and Jubail.
The Team was able to process 339 e-Passport applications, 30 passport extensions, five applications for replacement of lost passport, nine Reports of Birth, and 143 notarials. The Team was also able to release 179 new e-Passports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey of 400 clients, 246 of whome, or 61.5%, responded as follows:
