17 April 2015 – The Philippine Consulate General in Milan conducted a mobile consular mission in Bologna on April 11 and 12.

The consular team, supervised by Vice Consul Helen Anne Sayo, provided services for passport renewal, civil registration and notarials to Filipinos residing in Bologna and nearby provinces in the Emilia Romagna region. Applicants were also given the chance to register for overseas voting. The attached agencies – Philippines Overseas Labor Office (POLO), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Social Security System (SSS), and Pag-IBIG—rendered services as well.

A total of 415 consular services were rendered during the two-day outreach: 253 passports, 140 notarials and 22 other services. One hundred forty-two (142) Filipinos registered for overseas voting. END
