17 April 2015 - The Philippine delegation, headed by Philippine Ambassador to Netherlands Jaime Victor B. Ledda participated in the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) The Council on General Affairs and Policy Meeting held at The Hague, Netherlands from March 24 to 26.

The e-Registry System which creates a database of scanned specimen signature of Philippine government officials and scanned images of Authentication certificates in the Philippines, and the Management Document System which is a platform for the standardization of authentication documents, are among the basic requirements that will enable the Philippines to implement the Apostille Convention.  END
