4 May 2015 - On April 29, Philippine Ambassador to Singapore hosted a “Get-Together Event” for defense attachés and mid-level diplomats in Singapore at the official residence at 17 Victoria Park Road.

The event was organized in collaboration with the Philippine defense attaché as a way of thanking friends from other missions, and is meant to provide a venue for diplomats and defense attaches to meet and socialize with Embassy officials and counterparts from other missions in Singapore.

In his brief welcome speech, Ambassador Morales (right) took the opportunity to share information about tourist destinations in the Philippines and to encourage the guests to consider including the Philippines in their future travel plans. The guests conveyed their thanks for the invitation to the social gathering and expressed appreciation for the opportunity provided by the Embassy to network with their counterparts. END
