06 May 2015 - The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, in compliance with the Commission on Election (COMELEC) online registration project, will launch iRehistro Online Application Form Submission on May 07.

The iRehistro is an online system which provides Filipino registrants another way of accomplishing the Voters Registration Application Form before coming to the Embassy or Consulate or any Registration Venue. The aim of the project is to lessen the time of the registrants when applying for voter’s registration. The applicant must present the printed accomplished form to the overseas voter registration operator and have their biometrics taken to complete the registration process.

To access iRehistro, log on to www.irehistro.com and do the following steps:

1. On the upper right side, click “For Overseas Filipinos, proceed to this page”
2. Select the type of application from the list.
3. Fill up the application form.
4. Print the accomplished application form. DO NOT SIGN THE PRINTED FORM
5. Select the preferred appointment date and time for biometrics capture.  (OPTIONAL)

For passport renewal applicants, the Embassy recommends to         initially complete the passport renewal scheduling to determine             the date and time of appointment for overseas voters vegistration.

            If time of schedule for overseas voters registration is not pre-determined,   the applicant can proceed to the Embassy for consular services. Just present and the printed accomplished online registration    form    to the overseas voter registration operator.

6. Present the accomplished form to the VRM Operator at the Embassy together with a copy of the applicant’s valid passport or iqama or Seaman’s book (for seafarers).
7. Overseas voter registration operator will take the applicants biometrics (picture, finger print and signature).
8. Sign the accomplished form in the presence of the overseas voter registration operator.

The Embassy would like to remind the Filipino communities in Riyadh that iRehistro online application does not confirm their registration. Applicants still have to appear personally at the Philippine Embassy to complete the registration process.

The current procedure of manual overseas voters registration is still being implemented at the Embassy.
