14 May 2015 - The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 14th Consular Outreach Mission for 2015 in Al Jouf, Saudi Arabia from May 08 to 09. It was held at Estiraha Asaiyah, Al Laqait in Sakaka, Al Jouf, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of seven Embassy personnel with two personnel extending overseas voters (OV) registration services. They were assisted by the Filipino community volunteers in Al Jouf.
The Team processed 202 e-Passport renewal applications, three passport extensions, four Reports of Birth, one lost e-Passport and seven notarials. The Team was also able to release 12 new e-Passports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 214 clients, of which 192 or 89.72% responded as follows:
