Philippine Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Ezzedin H. Tago, thanked all Filipinos in Saudi Arabia for their enthusiasm in registering as overseas voters. He encourages Filipinos in the Kingdom who have yet to register to do so before the deadline on October 31. “Inaanyayahan ko po ang lahat ng Pilipino sa Saudi Arabia na magrehistro bago ang deadline. Mayroon na lamang po tayong anim na buwang natitira para dito,” said Ambassador Tago.
Registering as overseas voter will allow qualified Filipinos to vote for the positions of President, Vice President, 12 Senators and one party-list representative during the National Elections in 2016.
Overseas voter registration continues to be held at the lobby of the Embassy from Sunday to Thursday and during Embassy-on-Wheels (EOW) outreach missions.
