20 May 2015 - Philippine Ambassador to Indonesia Maria Lumen B. Isleta paid a courtesy call on Indonesian Minister for Manpower and Transmigration Muhammad Hanif Dhakiri, at the latter’s office on May 18.

During the call, Ambassador Isleta and Minister Dhakiri exchanged views on labor relations between the two countries and discussed ways to further enhance bilateral cooperation in the labor sector.   Both sides agreed to develop collaborative programs aimed at protecting migrant workers’ rights and welfare.

Ambassador Isleta took the opportunity to thank the Minister for Indonesia’s hospitality towards Filipino workers. END
