22 May 2015 – The Philippine Embassy in Singapore joined other Philippine Foreign Service Posts around the world in honoring the memory of the late Philippine Ambassador to Pakistan Domingo “Doy” Lucenario Jr. who died in the tragic helicopter crash in the Naltar Valley in Pakistan on May 08. Top photo shows embassy officers and staff led by Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio Morales attending a special mass in honor of the late Ambassador celebrated by Fr. Angel Luciano, Chaplain of the Filipino Community in Singapore. In the above photo, His Excellency Tanveer Akhtar Khaskheli, High Commissioner of Pakistan, signs the Book of Condolences that was opened at the Philippine chancery from May 15 to 16. The Philippine flag was flown at half-mast on May 17, the day the remains of the late Ambassador were laid to rest. END
