01 June 2015 – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh recently visited Al Khobar for its second Embassy on Wheels (EOW) special passport renewal outreach mission this year.

The week-long mission provided a total of 717 passport renewal services to Filipinos in the Eastern Province from May 24 to 28 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Al Khobar.

The Embassy team was composed of Passports Coordinator Mr. Noly C. Dulay, Finance Officer Ms. Aniline Punzalan, Collecting Officer Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, and Consular Assistant Mr. Acas M. Bayabao, Jr. The team also received valuable assistance from the Filipino community in the Eastern Province.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the outreach mission also distributed client feedback forms to 717 clients, of which 673 responded as follows:

The next scheduled consular outreach program will be on June 05 and 06 at the Philippine International School in Buraydah. END
