04 June 2015 – Philippine Consul General in Toronto Rosalita S. Prospero, spoke before members and officers of the Philippine Canada Chamber of Commerce-Toronto (PCCT) on May 29. In her message, Consul General Prospero called on PCCT to remain steadfast in its efforts to sustain and improve business relations between Philippines and Canada.
