01 July 2015 - The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu celebrated the 154th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Jose P. Rizal on June 19, with a wreath- laying activity at the Rizal bust by the Knights of Rizal and Philippine Consulate officers on the Consulate grounds.
In the afternoon, the Consulate General held a film showing of the film “Mabuhay with Aloha- the Hawaii- Filipino Experience, 1906-2006,” a documentary on the Filipino Sakadas produced by veteran Hawaii-based broadcast journalist, Ms. Emme Tomimbang. END
