01 July 2015 - To boost tourism and economic activity in the Philippines, the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu and the Philippine Airlines Office launched the “US$999 Visit the Philippines” promo package on June 26 at the Consulate General. Guests include travel agents, members of Hawaii media, academe and the Filipino community.

The $999 promo includes a round trip international airfare from Honolulu to Manila, three days/2 nights stay at hotel in Manila, daily breakfast and one-way airport transfer, based on twin sharing, and traveling both ways. The amount is already inclusive of taxes and surcharges.

To be able to avail one’s self of the promo, the travel dates to the Philippines should be between the lean months of September 1 and November 30; and January 16 and  March 10, 2016. Tickets should be purchased by August 15.
