03 July 2015 - The Philippine Embassy in Port Moresby continued its provision of consular services to the Filipino community during the Independence Day 2015 celebration of the Filipino Association of Papua New Guinea (FAPNG) on June 25.  A total of five passport applications were received and processed, as well as consular inquiries responded to.

The Embassy also accepted overseas voterS registration during the event.  Twenty-seven (27) new overseas voter applications were received and processed.  Voter IDs were also distributed during the event.

The Embassy will resume its consular outreach program when it delivers consular services and accepts overseas voter registrations in Kokopo, East New Britain Province in the second weekend of July. END
