14 July 2015 - Ayala Land Inc. conducted an investment promotion seminar at Kempinski Hotel in Xiamen on July 04 where 30 prospective investors attended.
The Ayala group was led by Senior Sales Manager Jose Ramil Gatmaitan who made a presentation of the firm’s various projects that provide opportunities for foreign investors, particularly their new Arca South Project in Taguig City. He also pitched the Philippines as a major tourist destination where Chinese investors could enjoy the sights and sounds of the Philippine archipelago.
In his message, Philippine Consul General to Xiamen Julius Caesar Flores commended the initiative of Ayala Land to venture into Xiamen to seek out possible investors on their projects in the Philippines. He posed a challenge to Ayala Land to do a road show to Fujian’s major cities in the near future.
Consul General Flores also acknowledged the valuable contributions of the Ayala Group to the economic development of the Philippines especially in the property sector where it develops prime and strategic properties all over the country. The audience was encouraged to consider investing in the Philippines stressing that the Philippine economy has performed well in the past few years and that there are plenty of investment opportunities, including those offered by Ayala Land.
The event was capped by an open forum where the audience demonstrated their keen interned in Ayala’s investment offerings. END
