24 July 2015 - In observance of the 2015 National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation (NPDR) Week, the Philippine Embassy in Singapore is showcasing photos of Apolinario Mabini, the “Sublime Paralytic.” Incidentally, Mabini’s birth anniversary will be on July 23 which falls on the same week that the NPDR Week will be held. Together with the exhibit, the Philippine Embassy also displayed banners at the Cultural Corner and at the Consular Area to help generate public awareness on the observance. END
