27 July 2015 - The Philippine Embassy in Paris is pleased to inform the public that Mr. Jeffrey Augustus Cabuay has been recently appointed as Philippine Honorary Consul to Toulouse with jurisdiction over the region of Midi-Pyrénées – Ariège, Aveyron, Gers, Haute-Garonne, Hautes-Pyrénées. Lot, Tarn, Tarn-et-Garonne. 

Mr. Cabuay, a Filipino citizen who is married to Ms. Mireille Sivigliani Cabuay, a French national, has been living in Toulouse for almost four years. Mr. Cabuay is an active member of the Filipino community in Toulouse, spearheading various initiatives and activities geared towards the promotion and protection of the welfare of Filipinos in Toulouse. Mr. Cabuay also works as an independent coaching consultant for the Polytechnic Institute of Advance Sciences in Toulouse.
