06 August 2015 - The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully conducted its 17th overseas voters registration outreach for 2015 at the Al Jabalain Hotel in Hail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from July 24 to 25.
A total of 220 new overseas voter registrations/certifications were facilitated by members of the overseas voter team out of the 244 consular applicants who renewed their passports during the consular mission.
The Philippine Embassy invites all Filipinos in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to register as overseas voters in order to exercise their right to suffrage that would enable them to vote for the positions of President, Vice President, 12 members of Senate and one Party-list sectoral representative during the National Elections in 2016.
