13 August 2015 – Philippine Consul General Oscar G. Orcine met with the AFP Delegation led by Col. Cornelio Valencia, PA-J5 accompanied by Department of National Defense Officers on July 08. The AFP Delegation under the framework of the Philippines-Indonesia Army Working Group 19-2015 is tasked with further promoting the good working relationship of the armies of both countries through regular annual meetings and to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of their respective officers through exchange of information and providing special courses to officers of the Philipppine and Indonesian armies.
