13 August 2015 - The Philippine Young Entrepreneurs Association (PYEA), headed by Mr. Rommel S. Gerodias, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sauber Professionals Inc., participated in the 7th ASEAN- China Young Entrepreneurs Forum held from August 06 to 07 in Vientiane, Lao PDR. The PYEA delegation was composed of seven members representing various Philippine industries.
The two-day forum discussed the role of young entrepreneurs in the economic development in ASEAN and China. It also tackled infrastructure development needs in ASEAN and China, as well as investment and capital flows in the ASEAN Economic Community and its implications for the future development of young entrepreneurs in ASEAN and China.
Products and services exhibits, as well as business matching sessions were conducted alongside the forum to provide a venue for the delegates to network with participating local and foreign entrepreneurs and companies.
The Philippine Embassy in Vientiane joined the exhibition and showcased business and investment opportunities in the Philippines. The exhibition was participated by 150 companies from 18 different countries. END
