6 September 2013 - The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh advises all mothers with children with no documentation and who had undergone DNA testing to cooperate with the Embassy and proceed to the Jawazat – Wafideen at Shumeisy District when they are advised to do so.
The Embassy regrets that only 11 mothers have cooperated and presented themselves to Jawazat for fingerprinting in the past two days, despite calls by the Embassy personnel.
The Embassy has already facilitated the repatriation of 105 mothers with their 131 children after grant of the exit visas by the Jawazat. So far, a total of 344 mothers have undergone the fingerprinting and over 200 are waiting for the issuance of their exit visas.
All DNA Test results except for 16 cases have been already released.
There are 120 mothers that should present themselves for fingerprinting next week.
The Embassy urges all the remaining 120 mother ready for fingerprinting to contact the Embassy (Mr. EbrahimZailon – 0559250419) for the schedule of their fingerprinting.
