26 August 2015 – The Philippine Embassy in Berlin conducted its seventh consular mobile outreach for the year in Frankfurt on August 15.

The consular services team, composed of Consul Rona Beth Goce, Ms. Amor del Mundo, Ms. Cecile Estrella, Ms. Mylah Rubio, Ms. Marie Reyes and Mr. Armand Mahinay, facilitated 138 passport applications, 36 notarization and authentication of documents, and 54 registrations under the overseas voters registration system.  The Embassy team was supported by Ms. Loredanna Hess, Honorary Consul at the Frankfurt Extension Office, Ms. Anabelle Apostol, Operations Officer and Mr. Mario Sicup of the Philippine Department of Tourism in Frankfurt.

For the second time, Dekra Akademie, under the auspices of Philippine Honorary Consul General Prof. Gerhard Zeidler, graciously hosted this year’s consular outreach. Using a pre-registration system, the consular team was able to better accommodate its applicants.

The mobile outreach is part of the Philippine Embassy’s efforts to bring its consular services closer to Filipinos residing in different parts of Germany. The next consular outreach services will take place in Bonn (September 5), Munich (September 19), and Essen (November 14).  Further information may be found in the embassy website, www.philippine-embassy.de.
