28 August 2015 – The 36th Meeting of ASEAN Senior Officials on Drug Matters was held in Park Royal Hotel Beach Road, Singapore, from August 24 to 26. Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales joined the Philippine delegation during the opening ceremony on August 24. Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister for Foreign Affairs Masagos Zulkifli was the guest of honour. Deputy Secretary General of ASEAN VP Hirubalan also spoke during the opening ceremony. END
