28 August 2015 – The Philippine Embassy in Singapore, headed by Ambassador Antonio A. Morales, joined the University Alumni Association in Singapore (UPAAS) during their Barrio Fiesta and Family Day event at the East Coast Park in Singapore on August 22. The Barrio Fiesta is intended to draw awareness to UPAAS’ charitable activities including its scholarship program for deserving students in the Philippines.

During the event, Ambassador Morales thanked UPAAS for its consistent support to the Philippine Embassy and for its social consciousness in helping fellow Filipinos.  END
