04 September 2015 - Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales recently joined his colleagues from ASEAN Member States on August 18 at the certificate presentation ceremony for the recipients of the Singapore Scholarship at the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ambassador Morales met with Philippine scholars during the event.
The Singapore Scholarship provides for students from the ASEAN countries to study in one of Singapore's three tertiary institutions: Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), and the Singapore Management University (SMU). END
