11 September 2015 - On September 09, Philippine participants in the ongoing Temasek Foundation – Nanyang University Executive Training Programme paid a courtesy call on Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales at the Philippine chancery at Nassim Road, Singapore.

These included officials from the municipality of Victoria, Tarlac, headed by Mayor Candido Guiam III, and from the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA). The two-week programme, intended for senior government officials, covers areas such as urban policy, governance and green city development. END
