19 October 2015 – Mr. Josephus Bartin, a Filipino artist and teacher participated in the 798 International Children’s Art’s Festival (ICAF), held in Quanzhou, Fujian Province from September 28 to October 07 and currently based in Bangkok, Thailand. 

The ICAF opening ceremony featured a dance performance of children from Quanzhou City.  Mr. Bartin did an on-the-spot painting demonstration along with other artists from United States. During the Festival, Mr. Bartin conducted an arts workshop for children.

Cultural Officer Teresita C. Gernale of the Philippine Consulate General in Xiamen attended the opening ceremony of the Festival at Wanda Mall, Quanzhou City. END
