12 September 2013 - The Philippine Consulate General in Agana yesterday received two generous donations from the Filipino-American Presidents' Club of Guam (FAPCG) and the Filipino Ladies Association of Guam (FLAG) in relation to the relief efforts for the victims of the recent flooding caused by monsoon rains and Typhoon Maring, that affected many communities and families in the Philippines.

Philippine Consul General in Guam Bayani V. Mangibin, received the cheques on behalf of the Philippine National Red Cross, the beneficiary organization chosen by the two associations.  FAPCG, led by its president Ms. Gloria Baguinon, presented the check amounting to US$500.00, while FLAG, led by its president Ms. Loisa M. Cabuhat, presented its US$800.00 donation. END
