16 September 2013 – Ms. Emelita M. Mabilangan, a Milan-based overseas Filipino worker (OFW) won Pag-IBIG’s major raffle prize, a roundtrip airline ticket. 

Ms. Mabilangan has worked in Milan for 13 years. She went to the Consulate to get an Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) before going home to the Philippines in July 2013. Among the requirement was membership in the Pag-IBIG Fund. 

She was very grateful that she was asked to apply since it enabled her to qualify for the raffle. 

Ms. Mabilangan and daughter were welcomed at the Consulate last September 05 by Consul General Lourdes S. Tabamo and Welfare Officer Cynthia Lamban. END
