23 November 2015 – The Philippine Consulate General in Macau SAR participated in the 3rd Macau International Travel Industry Expo (MITE) from November 13 to 15 at the Venetian Hotel.
The MITE organized 300 booths in over 6,500 square meters. The exhibit focused on six areas, namely: food, accommodation, transportation, travel, shopping, and entertainment. Professional buyers were invited to negotiate on-site and engage in business-to-business meetings.
The Consulate General set up a booth showcasing famous Philippine tourist sites while Philippine Airlines (PAL) provided information on its latest promos, new routes, and suggested destinations within the Philippines.
The Philippine Consulate General continues to participate in events that encourage economic exchanges and promote the Philippines as a top tourist destination. END
