26 November 2015 - The Philippine Embassy in Rome, in coordination with Filipino community organizations in Pisa, conducted an outreach mission in Pisa, Italy on November 21 and 22. During the outreach mission, 283 passport applications, 66 SPA/Affidavits, one marriage application, 18 reports of birth and two reports of marriage were processed. The consular team also released eight new passports.
Philippine Consul General Leila Lora-Santos led the team and administered the Oath of Allegiance of 13 former Filipinos who reacquired their Philippine Citizenship.
The attached agencies in the Embassy such as the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) and Social Security System (SSS) also rendered services to the community. END
