27 November 2015 - Philippine Consul General Paul Raymund P. Cortes, together with Dubai Labor Attaché Delmer Cruz, hosted the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) delegation led by Undersecretary Ciriaco Langunzad, Jr. and Philippine Overseas Employment Administrator (POEA) Hans Leo Cacdac at the official residence on November 21. Other members of the delegation from Manila included POEA officials Atty. Rosemarie Gondranios-Duquez and Ms. Jocelyn T. Sanchez.

Also present during the occasion were Deputy Consul General Giovanni E. Palec and Consul Ryan C. Pondoc and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Dubai Officers Edgar Lim and Maybelle Gorospe. POLO-OWWA Abu Dhabi Labor Attaché Ophelia N. Almenario and incoming Labor Attaché for Dubai Ofelia Bautista Domingo also joined the delegation.

The DOLE team visited Dubai to meet with their counterparts at the UAE Ministry of Labor. END
