18 September 2013 – The Philippine Consulate General in Osaka conducted a consular outreach mission on September 14 in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, through the cooperation of the Filipino Community Organization of Yokkaichi (FCOY), headed by its President, Ms. Anabel C. Takeyama. The outreach was held at the Yokkaichi Bunka Kaikan.

The Consulate processed applications for e-Passport, notarials, civil registration and other consular services.

Also conducted were consultations with individual applicants regarding marriage, judicial recognition of divorce, civil registration, and other concerns on consular documents and procedures.

This consular outreach is part of the Consulate’s regular program of mobile services to bring its consular services to Filipino nationals in areas under its jurisdiction of 28 prefectures in western Japan. END
