08 December 2015 - The Philippine Embassy in Amman successfully participated in the Annual Charity Christmas Bazaar held on December 04 at The Landmark Hotel. The Christmas Bazaar is held annually for the benefit of the Al Hussein Society headed by Princess Majda Ra’ad.

The Embassy featured Philippine traditional handicrafts, accessories, textiles, souvenirs, seasonings/flavorings and display items at its booth. It also gave away Philippine tourism brochures, displayed “It’s More Fun in the Philippines” posters, and encouraged the guests to visit the country.

The Bazaar also featured several Christmas carol performances and traditional dances from some of the participating Embassies and intermediate schools. Their Royal Highnesses Prince Ra’ad Bin Zaid and Princess Majda Raad also visited the booth of each participating embassy. END
