Mrs. Grummitt replaces Mr. Alan Grummitt, who retired after faithfully serving as Honorary Consul General for 20 years.

A graduate of the Queensland Police Academy, she worked with the Queensland Police Service for 30 years and retired from the police force at the rank of Senior Sergeant a decade ago.
