25 January 2016 – The Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver successfully held pre-departure briefings for Winter Escapade 3 (WE3) participants in Calgary on January 11 and on January 18 in Vancouver. 

Philippine Consul General to Vancouver Neil Frank R. Ferrer welcomed and thanked the attendees, comprised of first-time participants as well as previous WE tour attendees, for showing their support for the Winter Escapade program. The latest itinerary of WE3 was presented to the audience. 

The Winter Escapade tour, now on its third year, is scheduled from February 3 to 12 and will feature new, exciting destinations in Manila and Southern Luzon, namely, Albay, Camarines Sur, Sorsogon and Palawan. END
