25 January 2016 - The Philippine Embassy in Berlin hosted the Regional Seminar on Gender Sensitivity and Human Resources Management from December 10 to 14, 2015.  The seminar was attended by 37 participants from European Foreign Service Posts (FSPs) and those from the Philippine Embassies in Tel Aviv and Beirut, respectively.

The participants had lively exchanges on the topics discussed especially on Human Trafficking, Assistance to Nationals (ATN) and Human Resources. The seminar was conducted by the Foreign Service Institute (FSI), Human Resources Management Office (HRMO, formerly OPAS), and Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers’ Affairs (OUMWA). END
