12 February 2016 – Consul Mary Joy Ramirez led a team from the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles and conducted a consular outreach program in McAllen, TX on from February 06 to 07.
The consular outreach program was undertaken in cooperation with Ms. Ethel Mercado, Philippine Honorary Consul for Texas, and the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Texas (PACC Texas) under the leadership of Atty. Gary Ilagan, State President and Mr. Merpuvel Roa, Rio Grande Valley (RGV), Regional Chair.
A total of 276 consular and voter registration services were rendered during the two-day consular outreach program, breakdown of which is as follows:
