16 February 2016 –The Philippine Embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain welcomes the arrival of Ms. Cynthia Q. Lamban, Labor Attaché of the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO). Ms. Lamban served as the Welfare Officer and Officer-in-Charge for the POLO in Milan, Italy immediately prior to her assignment to Bahrain. She has likewise served as Welfare Officer for the POLO in Hong Kong (1998-2001), Osaka (2005) and Taipei (2006-2007). Labor Attaché Lamban replaces outgoing Labor Attaché Felixberta Romero, who ended her tour of duty and has been reassigned to Manila.

Philippine Ambassador to Bahrain Alfonso A. Ver and the officers and staff of the Embassy and POLO-OWWA warmly welcomed Ms. Lamban, who was accompanied by her spouse, Mr. Santos Lamban. END
