18 February 2016 - The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 5th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) for 2016 at the Ramada Hotel in Hafar Al Batin, North Eastern Region on February 12 and 13, 2016.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of First Secretary and Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Mr. Esmayaten M. Macapundag, Ms. Lilian M. Adiong, Ms. Francia R. Ybanez, Mr. Arturo Arpia, Mr. Noly C. Dulay and Ms. Margarita P. Manigo. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Hafar Al Batin.
The Team was able to process 163 ePassport applications, seven passport extensions, two Reports of Birth, two Reports of Marriage and 12 notarials. The Team was also able to release four new ePassports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 150 clients, of which 134 or 89.33% responded as follows:
