24 February 2016 – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 6th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2016 at the Philippine International School in Buraydah, Al Qassim from February 19 to 20.
Philippine Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Mr. Ezzedin H. Tago visited the school during the EOW. He thanked PISB’s principal, Mr. Edison Mendoza, and the rest of the school’s management for hosting the first outreach mission in Buraydah for 2016.
“I thank PISB for continuing to support the Embassy’s outreach program in bringing the Embassy’s services closer to Filipinos outside Riyadh,” said Ambassador Tago.
The Embassy was able to process 361 ePassport applications, one passport extension, 10 Reports of Birth, 44 notarials and two Travel Documents during the outreach mission. The Team was also able to release 178 new ePassports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 350clients, of which 237or 67.71% responded as follows:
