1 March 2016 - The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 7th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2015 at the Al Majd International School in Al Khobar, Eastern Region from February 26 to 27.
The Embassy Consular Team was composed of First Secretary and Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Ms. Rosemarie M. Justiniano, Mr. Arturo L. Arpia, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac and Ms. Margarita P. Manigo. They were ably assisted by Filipino community volunteers from the Eastern Region.
The Team was able to process 603 ePassport applications, 42 passport extensions, five lost passport applications, 36 reports of birth, 402 notarials, 18 travel documents, and one R.A. 9048 application/petition. The Team was also able to release 1,022 new ePassports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 500 clients, of which 203 or 40.6% responded as follows:
