1 March 2016 – The first Post-arrival Orientation Seminar (PAOS) was conducted at the Philippine Bayanihan Centre at Pasir Panjang Road on February 21 and 28, 2016. The event was jointly organized by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office Singapore (POLO) led by Labor Attaché Ramon Tionloc, Jr.

During the PAOS, which is intended for newly-arrived overseas Filipino overseas workers, participants were briefed on the various services provided by the Philippine Embassy and its attached agencies and tips on how to make their stay in Singapore a safe, successful and worthwhile experience. Minister and Consul General Victorio Mario M. Dimagiba, Jr. also reminded Filipino overseas voters (OVs) to vote early during the May 2016 elections.

The next PAOS will be held in April 2016. END
