04 March 2016 - The Philippine Embassy in Paris is pleased to inform the public that a new Philippine Consulate in Strasbourg, northeast of Paris, is now open to serve the public. Ms. Eve-Marine Bollecker has been recently appointed as Philippine Honorary Consul to Strasbourg with jurisdiction over Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin, Doubs, Vosges, Moselle, Meuse, Meurthe-et-Moselle, Haute-Marne, Côte d’Or and Haute Saône.

Ms Bollecker, a lawyer by profession, is an associate at the CAA law firm based in Strasbourg. She specializes in civil, commercial and business law. Ms. Bollecker is also a Human Rights lawyer.
