14 March 2016 – Philippine Ambassador to Oman Narciso T. Castañeda received District Sales Manager for Muscat of Oman Air, Mr. Abdul Monem Al Abri, and Sales Executive for Muscat of Oman Air, Mr. Najeeb Al Balushi. Both airline officials called on the Philippine Ambassador to affirm the rising demand for Oman Air flights to Manila and to express appreciation of the growing patronage of Filipinos to Oman Air.

Ambassador Castañeda welcomed this development and hoped that Oman Air direct flights to Manila will also further promote the tourism industry of Oman and the Philippines.  END
