29 March 2016 – Canadian Consul General Brandon Lee called on Philippine Consul General Gina Jamoralin on March 22.   Consul General Lee was accompanied by Consul Yves Beaulieu of the Consulate General of Canada based in San Francisco, California.

Consul General Jamoralin welcomed Consul General Lee  as the newest member of Hawaii’s consular corps and reaffirmed  the strong friendship between the Philippines and Canada.

Both officials exchanged views on recent developments in the Philippines, Canada and Hawaii and promised to cooperate on issues of mutual concern.

Consul General Jamoralin also invited Consul General Lee to the upcoming Bataan Day (Day of Valor) celebration on April 16 organized by the Philippine Consulate General at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii to honor the Filipino veterans of World War II. END
